We are a professional lift consultancy serving clients across the UK and Ireland, as well as supporting the wider lift trade.
We have over 40 years of technical and commercial expertise in the vertical transportation sector.
Our goal is to deliver tailored solutions that optimise performance, ensure compliance, and maximise lifecycle.

Lifts are sophisticated devices. If you oversee their management without understanding the lift industry, it may be challenging to determine whether the guidance you receive is accurate, honest, and cost-effective.
Our team of experienced lift consultants perform comprehensive inspections of various lifting equipment and provide clear, informative reports that avoid unnecessary technical jargon.

We provide end-to-end project management services to ensure your lift developments are delivered on time and within budget. What We Offer:
Design Phase Services:
Identify the most appropriate solutions. We will collaborate closely with you to develop a comprehensive strategy and write an employer's requirements (ER).
Pre-Construction Planning:
Manage contractor selection, scheduling, and pre-start preparations.
Construction Phase Oversight:
Once the work starts, we will manage the project with regular site visits to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timelines and standards are met, keeping you informed every step of the way. We will provide progress updates, inspect the work, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Post-Construction Services:
As we near the final stages of the project, we will conduct a pre-witness test site visit, to ensure everything is ready for the full witness test, confirming that the lift system and its components meet the required functionality and performance standards. We will work with the contractor to resolve any remaining snagging items from the witness test and ensure they are completed to our satisfaction. We will also thoroughly review the operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals to confirm they provide clear instructions for the ongoing care of the lift equipment.

We will ensure your lifts and escalators operate at peak efficiency with our bespoke maintenance management services. Key Services Include:
Maintenance Quality Audits:
Assess ongoing maintenance and highlight deficiencies to ensure your service contractor meets their obligations.
Custom Maintenance Contracts:
